Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Manager for Rod Control & Position Indication Systems Engineering to lead a team of 15+ in developing engineering solutions. Located in New Stanton, PA, this role has a hybrid work model.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in instrumentation & control. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary ranges from $130,400 to $163,000 per year based on experience.
As a Manager, Rod Control & Position Indication Systems Engineering you will lead and manage the engineering team that designs and supports Rod Control & Position Indication Systems Engineering. Responsible as a resource and technical manager for 15+ personnel. Responsible for the effective operations of the Rod Control and Position engineering team and ensure standards of quality (including effective management of the corrective action program), cost (including utilization of resources to meet assigned targets), safety (both ensuring a Nuclear Safety Culture as well as personnel and Industrial safety), reliability, timeliness, and performance are met in engineering processes.
You will report to the Dir, Safety & Reactor Sys Eng & I&C Engineering & Manufacturing and be Hybrid out of the New Stanton, PA facility.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
