Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Risk – Process & Controls to lead risk transformation across finance and revenue systems. You will embed controls into ERP and billing platforms, drive IPO readiness, and collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and IT to align accounting, systems, and risk frameworks.

The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with hybrid onsite expectations, potential travel, and a focus on building robust control environments for complex revenue models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of risk-related work.
• Experience with SOX 404 or ICFR controls, including documentation and remediation.
• Experience with ERP/revenue platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ/Billing).
• Experience in finance systems design and working with RevOps is preferred.
