Job summary

EY in San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior Manager to lead risk transformation across finance and revenue systems. You will embed controls into processes and ERP platforms, partnering with CFO/CAO and RevOps leaders to align accounting with scalable systems and governance.

You will drive multi-workstream programs, deliver executive insights, and support IPO readiness while guiding teams toward high-quality, scalable risk solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk consulting, accounting advisory, or risk transformation in finance.
• Experience leading SOX 404 programs including ICFR scoping, control design, and audit liaison.
• Experience with Technology, Media, or Telecommunications (TMT).
• Strong revenue accounting experience (ASC 606) in complex environments.
• Experience leading risk transformation across finance and revenue systems.
• Direct experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and integrating accounting, systems, and processes.
• Experience with ERP and revenue platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, Stripe).
• Knowledge of data and reconciliation platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Executive-level client interaction and relocation to SF Bay Area with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk transformation across finance and revenue systems, including system implementations and IPO readiness.
• Advise CFO/CAO/Controller/RevOps leaders with executive insights.
• Design end-to-end process and control frameworks across the revenue lifecycle.
• Embed controls within ERP, billing, and revenue platforms with governance baked in.
• Oversee revenue reconciliation and data alignment across systems and reporting.
• Provide guidance on risk in large-scale ERP and revenue system implementations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across finance, accounting, RevOps, and engineering.
• Lead and develop teams delivering high-quality work across multiple workstreams.
• Lead SOX 404(b) readiness and ICFR design programs for pre-IPO and public clients.
