Job summary

EY’s Enterprise Risk – Process & Controls practice helps Technology, Media & Telecommunications clients manage risk across complex finance and revenue ecosystems. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this role focuses on risk transformation within finance and revenue systems, embedding controls into processes and platforms.

You will lead risk transformation programs, work with senior client stakeholders to align accounting, systems, and risk frameworks, and mentor teams while supporting IPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years in risk advisory or accounting.
• Experience with SOX 404/ICFR programs, control documentation and remediation.
• Experience with revenue accounting (ASC 606) in complex environments.
• Experience with ERP and revenue platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, Stripe).
• Experience collaborating with RevOps, Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver workstreams within risk transformation programs, including revenue systems and IPO readiness.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, RevOps) to drive execution.
• Design and implement process and control frameworks across revenue lifecycles.
• Integrate controls within ERP and revenue platforms.
• Support SOX 404/ICFR compliance control documentation and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including finance, RevOps and engineering.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Staff, ensuring quality delivery.
• Assist in improving revenue reconciliation and data alignment processes.
