Henry Ford Health is seeking a Manager - Revenue Services to lead revenue cycle operations across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, and emergency services. You will drive process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a patient-centered operation that supports both patients and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in revenue cycle, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize registration, billing, and collections processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role).
• 5 years of revenue cycle experience, including billing, registration, and point of service collections.
• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle processes and state/government billing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
• Ability to analyze reports, problem-solve, and implement solution-based ideas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Role Overview

As the Manager - Revenue Services, you will lead and coordinate operational and personnel functions within the revenue cycle, including insurance verification, self-pay conversions, and registration services. Your expertise will drive process improvements, performance monitoring, and quality initiatives, ensuring a customer-focused and efficient operation that supports both patients and staff across Henry Ford Health.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
• Ability to analyze reports, problem-solve, and implement solution-based ideas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred

• EPIC experience preferred.
