Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a results-driven professional to advance supplier relationships and growth initiatives. You will support identifying new partnership opportunities, manage governance with suppliers, and coordinate with the Director to track actions and priorities.

You will work with BI teams, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Alteryx to analyze data and drive decisions. Travel up to 10% and contribute to ongoing improvement and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of specific experience
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify new partnership opportunities and innovation initiatives to drive revenue growth beyond the existing portfolio
• Define and manage supplier governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing priorities, capturing minutes, and tracking actions across the governance model
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and align suppliers on initiatives, performance metrics, and priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance
• Experience partnering with Business Intelligence
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL Server
• Experience with Alteryx
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
