Overview

As a Retail Store Manager at HEYDUDE, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable experiences and world-class service to our consumers every day. In this position, you will oversee all opening and closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside some of the industry’s finest teammates and partners.

What You'll Do
  1. Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our V.I.B.E.S service model.
  2. Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and consumer service.
  3. Apply analytical thinking & company reporting to find opportunities within the store, empowering the team to make strategic decisions.
  4. Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store.
  5. Build and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages internal growth and builds an external network of talent.
  6. Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up on daily activities.
  7. Contribute to creating a team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  8. Learn and assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  9. Support team members in daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdown processes, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  10. Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  1. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
  3. Proven leadership skills to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
  4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to connect effectively with team members, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners.
  5. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
  6. Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  7. Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  8. Physical ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift weights, stand for long hours, and perform other physical tasks as described.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary or Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00, varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.

This role is eligible for a company incentive program and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, 401k with company match, and voluntary benefits.
