The Target Pay Range for this position is $84,300 - $103,000 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required. Minimum one year of leadership experience required. Minimum four years of experience in a sales, retail, or banking environment required.
Desired Qualifications: Financial institution experience preferred. Comply with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Proficient math skills with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Effective leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner. Strong training, mentoring, and sales skills. Effective relationship development and marketing skills. Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills. Ability to create a sales/service environment and motivate staff. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets branch needs.
