You will lead staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Job Functions:

1. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
2. Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
3. Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash handling, talent acquisition, and reporting
4. Work with team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders to meet customer service expectations
5. Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to influence business decisions
6. Address customer feedback to improve the overall dining experience

Experience:

• 1+ years restaurant management experience
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+
• 1+ years working with budgets and P&L statements

Skills and Demands:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
