Required Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with insurance, good driving record, background check
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
• Knowledge of restaurant systems, budgeting, and performance reviews
• Food Handlers and Food Safety Certifications (may vary by location)
