The Manager of Respiratory Therapy plays a key role in the leadership, operations, and continued development of Respiratory Care services. This position combines people leadership, clinical practice, staff development, quality improvement, and operational oversight—providing an opportunity to influence both the respiratory therapy team and the care delivered to complex adult patient populations.
