Eliassen Clinical Solutions is partnering with a Fortune 100 healthcare research company, in an exciting initiative, to provide access to groundbreaking medications and treatments for a diverse range of underrepresented populations. You would be responsible for planning, executing and closing research programs and initiatives.

This position is a full-time salaried position with Eliassen Clinical Solution complete with 401k, healthcare benefits, PTO, and Holiday Pay.

The Manager of Research Ops and Patient Engagement will be responsible for communicating with and guiding a diverse population of patients to the clinical trials of sponsors and CROs, who are researching groundbreaking therapies and medicines.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Clinical Trial Experience: Looking for experience in Patient Recruiting and Engagement, including messaging practices and techniques. Funnel experience ideal.

5+ years of Project Management Experience – you will be responsible to drive and own projects from start to finish, leading multiple projects in a direct client facing environment.

5+ years of Vendor Interfacing – will be in direct communication with Sponsors and CROs. Candidate must have strong communication and executive presence.

• Client Facing Interaction Experience

Candidate must be highly organized, efficient, engaged, and motivated. – candidate will be working with other team members and leadership on projects – cross collaboration experience. Working in a fast-paced environment – start up experience plus.

4) Technology Savvy: This role will benefit from an individual who is a quick learner and able to utilize different software technologies.

5) Bachelor’s Degree (Scientific Field Preferred)
