Job summary

MISO is hiring a Manager of Reliability Coordination in Carmel, IN to guide a control room team safeguarding the grid for 45 million people across 15 states. Your leadership decisions will directly impact operations in real time.

You will collaborate with R&D and customers to shape policy and drive improvements as renewables expand. Partner with HR to train and develop the workforce and execute the department's operating plan.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 12 years of equivalent technical experience)
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience
• ISO/RTO or energy industry expertise in transmission operations, relay system protection, or substation design/maintenance

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $165,000.00 – $175,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
