Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices in Billings, Montana, seeks a Manager of Rehabilitation Therapy to lead and manage inpatient and outpatient therapy services. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Therapy Services and ensure high-quality patient care across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Healthcare Management, is licensed as an OT, PT, or SLP in Montana, and has at least 2 years of experience as a treating therapist. Position Overview

Manager, Rehabilitation Therapy – lead and manage inpatient and outpatient therapy services, collaborate with Director of Therapy Services, and ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Services with assessment and improvement of therapy services across the organization.
• Collaborate to ensure optimal functioning of both inpatient and outpatient (if applicable) therapy departments.
• Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients and provide therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Healthcare Management or related field.
• License: Current OT, PT, or SLP in the State of Montana.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a treating therapist.
