Manager Regulatory Affairs

Remote

This position is responsible for managing and developing a team tasked with performing timely tracking of new laws, regulations, and guidance applicable to PHP's commercial and ASO lines of business at the state and federal levels. The role includes interpreting, disseminating, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing regulatory consulting and training, overseeing filings, and managing Qualified Health Plan compliance. The manager will work closely with the Director, Commercial Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure effective management of regulatory functions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3 years experience in regulatory affairs, risk management, healthcare, health insurance, or government relations

  • 2 years experience in health insurance
Salary Range by Location
  • California: Humboldt: $63.50 - $100.26
  • California: Northern California (excluding Humboldt): $71.25 - $112.48
  • California: Southern California (excluding Bakersfield): $63.50 - $100.26
  • Bakersfield, CA: $60.92 - $96.18
  • Oregon (Non-Portland): $56.79 - $89.66
  • Oregon (Portland): $60.92 - $96.18
  • Washington (Western, excluding Tukwila): $63.50 - $100.26
  • Washington (Southwest): $60.92 - $96.18
  • Washington (Tukwila): $63.50 - $100.26
