Job summary

Ascension St John Owasso is seeking a RN leader for Med Surg to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and to uphold high-quality patient care.

You will identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery, and develop policies to guarantee efficient operations while maintaining robust quality monitoring systems.

This full-time, days-shift role offers a collaborative, faith-based work environment within Ascension's mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
