  • Partner closely with direct reports in the field to strengthen account penetration, advance strategic opportunities, and improve selling effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key ophthalmic surgeons, ASC leaders, practice administrators, and other decision-makers across the region.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs, and translate insights into actionable regional plans.
  • Ensure excellence in forecasting, territory planning, opportunity management, and overall business rigor.
  • Serve as a key commercial leader in support of product adoption, customer experience, and long-term franchise growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, Clinical, and Sales Training, to support execution and market development.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while raising the performance bar across the region.
  • Maintain strong clinical, procedural, and market knowledge within ophthalmic surgery, with particular emphasis on glaucoma and MIGS.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications
