Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Manager, Real Estate to support nationwide property leases, service-provider coordination, and insurance tracking. You will keep property records organized, ensure compliance with leases, and communicate updates across teams.

In this role you will negotiate leases, develop budgets and forecasts, analyze market trends, manage tenant communications, and partner with Legal, HR and Operations on real estate decisions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 8 years combined education and/or work experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and trends.
• Understanding of local real estate trends, rental rates, and occupancy strategies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Mobility within work environments, lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional travel for meetings and training.

The Manager, Real Estate helps support the organization's real estate needs by assisting with property leases, service provider coordination, and insurance tracking for locations across the United States and Canada. It plays an important part in keeping property records organized, making sure agreements are followed, and helping communicate updates across teams.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintains proper insurance for leased and owned properties.
• Monitors compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations and ensures regular inspections and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Leads negotiations and preparation of leases and related agreements to secure favorable terms.

What You'll Need for Success

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or Property Management with a minimum of 8 years of combined education and/or work-related experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate.
• Understanding of local real estate trends, rental rates, and occupancy strategies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Maintaining strong ties with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
