The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and a valid BLS certification or higher.

The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**Minimum Requirements*** High School diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$25.00 - $29.38 hourly**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
