Kärcher North America Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to supervise daily assembly and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive output, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction by enforcing quality systems and lean methods. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, with a track record in Lean manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems.
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily assembly and production operations to hit output, schedule, and customer targets.
• Account for operational results across SQDC metrics.
• Enforce quality systems, process controls, and standard work documentation.
• Champion Lean initiatives to drive productivity and reduce waste.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe, high-performance culture.

• Enforce strict quality systems, process controls, product standards, and standard work documentation.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive productivity, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe, high-performance culture.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of operational execution, accountability, and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.
