Job summary

Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning technology, seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily assembly and production. You will drive output, quality, delivery, and cost performance while enforcing strict processes and lean practices.

This role partners across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to sustain high‑performance cultures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of operational execution, accountability, and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly and production operations to consistently hit output, schedule, and customer targets.
• Account for operational results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
• Enforce strict quality systems, process controls, product standards, and standard work documentation.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive productivity, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe, high-performance culture.
