Job summary

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Manager, Programming & Booking to oversee event bookings at Nissan Stadium. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and create programming plans that maximize attendance and revenue.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in venue programming, event sales, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, event management, or related field.
  • Ability to establish relationships, work cross-functionally, and align work with goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Collaborate on major event bids with leadership and city partners.
  • Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing

The Tennessee Titans are looking for a creative, relationship-driven, and detail-oriented Manager, Programming & Booking. This individual will help manage event bookings at Nissan Stadium

The Manager, Programming & Booking, will focus on identifying prospective events, fostering client relationships, and optimizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, detail oriented, and excel at building both internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new event opportunities for Nissan Stadium across concerts, sports, and community gatherings
  • Cultivate relationships across promoters, event organizers, city partners, and individuals
  • Develop programming plans that will drive both attendance and a positive fan experience, ensuring that organizational goals and initiatives are kept top of mind
  • Collaborate with internal departments on pro formas and deal structures for prospective events, ensuring an optimization of revenue
  • Partner with Special Events, Stadium Tours, and Stadium Events teams on maximization of dates, ensuring that the stadium calendar is responsibly booked to its full potential
  • Work effectively with internal departments on the contract and settlement process for assigned events
  • Support the overall strategy of gifting and hospitality for clients, promoters, vendors, and artists
  • Collaborate with leadership and city partners on major event bids
  • Conduct appropriate market research, network, and maintain up to date industry knowledge
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in venue programming, event sales and booking, stadium operations, event planning, project management, or experiential marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to establish successful relationships, work cross-functionally, and connect daily work to broader business goals and long-term vision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and a guest-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Momentus Elite
  • Ability to multi‑task and coordinate large projects simultaneously, ensuring that internal and external relationships are positively maintained throughout
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to deliver a diverse range of programming
  • Ability to work in fast‑changing environments with an approach to problem solving that is both open‑minded and collaborative

  • Strategic Thinking: Identifies new event opportunities, structures deals to optimize revenue, and partners on major event bids/
  • Adaptability: Exhibits the ability to work without a fixed script, which is necessary to juggle multiple prospective deals and shifting timelines within a fast‑changing events landscape
  • Accountability: Handles sensitive and confidential deal information and owns the contract/settlement process for assigned events.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds
  • Schedule: Ability to work non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the event schedule
