BDO USA is seeking a Grant Manager to provide support and technical advice to state and subrecipients for disaster recovery programs, including launch, implementation, and closeout.
The role focuses on procurement documentation, environmental review coordination, data tracking, document control, and ensuring audit-ready records from pre-award through closeout, while fostering compliance across federal grants.
The Grant Manager will be responsible for providing support and technical advice to the State and its subrecipients in support of their recovery initiatives to include all facets of launch, implementation, and close out of Disaster Recovery programs, projects, and activities. This position supports clients with procurement documentation, environmental review coordination, data tracking, construction document control, and grant compliance. The Grant Manager helps ensure that each project maintains accurate, complete, and audit-ready records from pre-award through closeout.

Prepares drawdown support packages and maintains duplication of benefits documentation; reconciles project budgets with financial systems and DRGR
National Range: $75,000 - $130,000
Maryland Range: $75,000 - $130,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $75,000 - $130,000
