BDO is seeking a Grant Manager to support the State and its subrecipients in disaster recovery projects from launch to closeout. The role covers procurement, environmental reviews, data tracking, and grant compliance, ensuring audit-ready records and effective project controls.
The position emphasizes guidance on CDBG-DR and related HUD regulations, with responsibilities to monitor budgets, schedules, and risk, and to maintain organized documentation and reports for leadership review.
The Grant Manager will be responsible for providing support and technical advice to the State and its subrecipients in support of their recovery initiatives to include all facets of launch, implementation, and close out of Disaster Recovery programs, projects, and activities. This position supports clients with procurement documentation, environmental review coordination, data tracking, construction document control, and grant compliance. The Grant Manager helps ensure that each project maintains accurate, complete, and audit-ready records from pre-award through closeout.
Job Duties:
Prepares drawdown support packages and maintains duplication of benefits documentation; reconciles project budgets with financial systems and DRGR

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $75,000 - $130,000
Maryland Range: $75,000 - $130,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $75,000 - $130,000
