The Manager of Product Management for Administration and Back Office Workflows at Q2 will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the administrative experiences that support Q2’s digital banking platform, serving more than 27 million users.
This role governs the tools and workflows for configuring, managing, and operating digital banking across consumer, small business, and commercial segments.

The Manager of Product Management for Administration and Back Office Workflows will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the administrative experiences that support Q2’s digital banking platform, serving more than 27 million users. This role is responsible for the tools and workflows financial institution employees use to configure, manage, support, and operate digital banking across consumer, small business, and commercial segments.
The leader in this role will own critical back-office capabilities that enable efficient administration, user management, entitlements, servicing, operational controls, and platform configuration. They will work closely with product, engineering, implementation, support, customer success, sales, and financial institution stakeholders to modernize administrative workflows, reduce operational friction, improve usability, and ensure scalable platform governance.
This role requires a strong product leader who can balance strategic platform modernization with practical operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex workflow products, translating customer and internal stakeholder needs into actionable product priorities, and leading a team of product managers responsible for high-impact, mission‑critical capabilities. Success in this role will be measured by improved operational efficiency, stronger customer satisfaction, reduced support burden, better administrative usability, and continued scalability of Q2’s digital banking platform.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
