Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Manager, Product Engineering in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Sciences, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience

Prior experience must include:

• Design and implement cloud-based data engineering products and services using AWS, ensuring scalability and performance
• Architect and optimize ETL processes to improve query performance and reduce data latency
• Lead and mentor team members, participate in onboarding, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing mentorship to foster professional growth
• Develop and manage technical roadmaps for data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Analyze and mitigate risks across projects by conducting thorough risk, cost, and time analyses
• Guide and mentor engineering teams in implementing comprehensive testing strategies prior to code deployment and adopting CI/CD practices

Up to 50% domestic and international travel required. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range is $196,123 to $206,000, depending on work location, experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend or terminate compensation and benefit programs at any time.
