Your Role :

1. Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for the delivery of change management to the division.
3. Offer mentorship and advice to external stakeholders on change management discipline.
4. Lead a team of change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence and governance across the organization, and overseeing projects.
5. Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and business support teams to develop strategic and tactical OCM activities.
6. Act as the Change Manager for multiple complex change initiatives, coaching program and business leaders on plan alignment.
7. Develop new change management methods and service offerings, establishing yourself as a thought leader.
8. Provide the process, structure, and governance framework for staffing, budgeting, and resource alignment for change initiatives.
9. Use surveys, observations, and other data to build reports on change initiatives, workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 10+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
• Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering business/Product/IT training for complex projects.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
• Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication style.
• Strong partnering and influencing skills, with a strategic and systemic thinking approach.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
• Extensive knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
• Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
