Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Manager of Product Analytics to develop insightful and in depth reporting and take our understanding of our customers and our product to the next level. As hands-on manager-doer, you will be responsible for the product analytics team that looks after Contact Center Pro , Pricebook Pro, and new Pro products.

Beyond the Pro products in your scope, you’ll also have the opportunity to support key asks from our executives across our product.

Our customers depend on our Pro products to take their business growth to the next level and we need your help to make them successful on our product. We’re excited about what we’ll build together.


What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau

  • Define metrics with key stakeholders and monitor impact of releases and product changes at an in depth level

  • Build insightful reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights to internal business users

  • Inform business and teams of user activity on our platform, establish metrics to identify customer pain points

  • Build strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs

  • Ensures adequate instrumentation and metrics in place to respond to fundamental business questions on our product and its usage

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve our product

  • Partner with data engineering to build out data marts


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field

  • 8+ years of experience as a product analyst

  • At least two years of experience managing a small number of direct reports (1-3 people)

  • Experience building insightful Tableau dashboards

  • Strong SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)

  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with great attention to detail

  • Ability to creatively start new projects and ask questions no one is asking

  • Viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with

  • Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ leaders are required

  • Maintain and execute against multi-quarter roadmaps

  • Knowledge of how to build A/B test splits

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Experience in python (pandas, etc.)

  • Experience in dbt (data engineering)

  • Experience creating FullStory dashboards

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $137,400 CAD - $206,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
