Position Summary
Moda Health is seeking a Print and Mail Manager to oversee all operations of Moda’s corporate print and mail facility. The manager will organize workflow, apply resources, set priorities to secure data, maximize production, and meet mandated mail deadlines. They will manage relationships with key equipment and software vendors, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations on major purchases and lease contracts.
Pay Range
$81,475.80 - $101,856.32 annually, DOE.

Required Skills & Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Four years of management experience, preferably in a “document factory” production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of business data networking and digital communications is required; familiarity with digital print software tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in training, budgeting, and project management.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, workflow analysis, team building, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
- Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications is preferred.
- Must be able to navigate multiple screens.
Primary Functions
- Manage people and systems to ensure the security of corporate data and confidentiality of insureds’ protected information.
- Manage conflicting priorities in an ever‑changing production environment.
- Train, provide direction, and evaluate the performance of the Print Team Supervisor, Mail Team Supervisor, Technical Team Supervisor, Print Software Engineer, and Project Manager.
- Manage vendor relationships with print/mail equipment manufacturers, software developers, and service providers.
- Evaluate proposed purchases and lease agreements and make recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure delivery of all contracted products and services.
- Develop annual operating and capital budget requests, then monitor and report on expenses quarterly.
- Ensure excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Moda departments to ensure high‑quality materials and design while maximizing postage discounts.
- Sell print and mail services to customers outside the Moda family of companies.
- Maintain broad technical knowledge of the print and mail industry, particularly new software applications and automated workflows.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and costs of all consumable supplies.
- Assure good, timely maintenance of the physical plant and all machinery and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
