Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Change Management and Adoption Lead to drive technology adoption within the Litigation practice and across offices. You will translate user needs into practical use cases, design adoption plans, and guide teams through complex workflow changes with targeted training and coaching.

In this role, you will manage product roadmaps for AI-enabled legal tools, oversee implementation readiness, and collaborate with Knowledge Management, Data Science, and IT functions to maximize

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in change management, technology adoption, legal technology, training, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a law firm, legal department, legal technology company, or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to guide professionals through technology and workflow change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to translate user needs into practical use cases and adoption plans.
  • Experience leading technology adoption within a law firm or legal environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting lawyers, practice groups, or geographically distributed teams preferred.
  • Formal change-management training, such as Prosci or ADKAR preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and legal workflows preferred.
  • Experience using feedback and adoption data to improve utilization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute adoption strategies for assigned technologies, the Litigation practice, and offices.
  • Understand lawyers’ and business professionals’ workflows, challenges, and priorities.
  • Identify technology use cases that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, collaboration, and client service.
  • Deliver targeted training, communications, coaching, and workflow guidance.
  • Lead or coordinate technology implementation plans, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Facilitate user testing and workflow validation.
  • Serve as product owner for a portfolio of legal technology and AI-enabled applications.
  • Develop product roadmaps, gather and prioritize user requirements, and maintain a product backlog.
  • Coordinate product releases, configuration changes, testing, communications, and training.
  • Build relationships with practice leaders, attorneys, business professionals, and cross-functional teams.
  • Define and monitor adoption and utilization measures.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to the Director, Practice Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, Innovation, Data Science, AI Engineering, Technology, Risk, Information Security, Talent Development, and other teams.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate vendor support, updates, roadmap discussions, and issue resolution.
  • Support product evaluations, pilots, renewals, and commercial reviews.
