Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to lead the medical office admin functions for a practice with under 15 physicians. You will oversee day-to-day operations, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality and financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent and at least five years of healthcare management experience, with preferred experience in ambulatory care and IDX/AEMR/Allscripts systems; bilingual

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Manager, Practice Operations is responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities in a medical office setting with less than 15 physicians. The primary focus of the position includes, but is not limited to, day-to-day operations, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality and financial management of the medical office.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years Healthcare managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an ambulatory care setting.
• IDX, AEMR and Allscripts experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
