Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Manager, Practice Operations in the Santa Rosa area to oversee the planning, development, coordination, and management of medical office administrative functions in a clinic with fewer than 15 physicians.

The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, interoffice communication, and financial management, with a focus on service quality and patient-centered care in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years healthcare managerial experience.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred; IDX, AEMR, Allscripts experience and bilingual English/Spanish are assets.

Description

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Manager, Practice Operations is responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities in a medical office setting with less than 15 physicians. The primary focus of the position includes, but is not limited to, day-to-day operations, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality and financial management of the medical office.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Or equivalent educ/experience


• 5 years Healthcare managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an ambulatory care setting.


• IDX, AEMR and Allscripts experience.


• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $46.91 - $72.82
