What You’ll Do

• Partner with network agencies to draft press releases, pitch and build media lists, develop story angles and support launches (client wins, initiatives, partnerships, thought leadership)
• Serve as a go-to communications liaison across teams and partner agencies, connecting stakeholders, aligning messaging and keeping PR/internal comms workstreams moving
• Pitch media and support inbound opportunities; coordinate interview logistics and briefing materials
• Track and report on press coverage, executive mentions, speaking opportunities and competitive/news moments
• Manage awards and event submissions: calendar, requirements, writing, approvals and post‑submission follow‑up
• Help prepare for key industry moments and events (conferences, speaking opportunities) by coordinating timelines, materials, briefing docs and follow‑up
• Support executive communications: talking points, Q&A, bylines
• Support internal communications: network-wide updates, key announcements

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years in communications/PR (in‑house or agency)
• Strong writing across press releases, bylines, pitches and briefing docs
• Experience reporting to senior editors and comfortable working directly with C‑suite
• Strong organization and a detail‑oriented mindset (deadlines, calendars, version control, approvals)
• Experience managing external partners/agencies and keeping workstreams moving
• Proactive ideas, strong judgment and responsive communication
• Interest in (and understanding of) technology and the advertising/agency landscape
• Excel at translating complex work into clear narratives

Compensation

The target range of base compensation for this role is $80,000 – $100,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
