The Manager, WW Accounting Policy and Procedures is a critical role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and compliance of accounting policies and procedures across the organization. This role partners closely with the Consolidations team, Finance leadership, and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to develop, maintain , and govern accounting policies and procedures aligned with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements and company standards. The role offers the opportunity to influence financial governance, drive standardization, and support business transformation in a dynamic, global environment.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
