Williams & Bay is seeking a manager to lead our growing Plumbing & Drain Service division. The role leverages your plumbing experience to guide a team, develop customer solutions, and oversee residential and commercial drain projects.

Having a valid plumbers license is a plus but not required. You will lead the team, diagnose issues using video inspection, perform repairs or replacements, and deliver clear estimates and service quality in a growing regional operation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior plumbing and/or drain cleaning service experience is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are desired.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drain Cleaning: Clear blockages in sinks, toilets, showers, and main sewer lines using motorized cable machines and cutters.
• Inspection & Diagnosis: Use video camera technology to locate pipe damage, leaks, or blockages.
• Repairs: Repair or replace broken drain lines, cleanout pipes, and fix plumbing fixtures.
• Customer Service: Explain problems and solutions to customers, provide written estimates, and invoice jobs via smartphone.
• Maintenance: Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition.

Williams & Bay is looking to hire a manager to lead our growing Plumbing & Drain Service division.

You will use your expertise to lead our team into the phase of growth in our region. While growing the division you will you will also be developing customer solutions to a variety of drain problems. In this role, you will lead our team to perform services such as residential and commercial drain cleaning and or pump replacements, diagnose problems, and provide solutions and estimates.

Full-time $25-$35 (Depending on skillset) plus benefits, commissions and bonus.
