Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in aerospace manufacturing, with 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferred advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to interpret business and technical documents, and communicate effectively in reports and presentations.
  • Strong mathematical skills: ability to perform basic calculations, analyze data, and interpret graphs.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, with accommodations as needed.
  • Work environment involves moderate noise, occasional vibration, and physical activities such as lifting up to 10 pounds.
