An established industry player is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant. This position is responsible for maximizing capital and human resource utilization in attaining production quality objectives within established cost parameters. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to attain the site's operational and safety goals through the implementation of the Company's vision and strategy.

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
