Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in successful Joint Commission Surveys completed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management.
• Experience in Healthcare Facility engineering and construction management.
• Experience with regulatory surveys (DOH, EPA, Joint Commission) in healthcare.
• Familiarity with AIA guidelines for construction.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in successful Joint Commission Surveys completed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience Background in facility management.
• Prior experience in Facility Engineering Health Care Facility; proven track record of health care regulatory surveys successfully completed in reference to DOH, EPA, Joint Commission.
• Prior experience in mechanical engineering, construction management, health care construction management and AIA guidelines for construction.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related business/health field.
