Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex construction projects and/or Plant Operations experience.
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, building structures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical installations, mechanical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for management, planning, and continuous improvement of hospital facility operations.
• Oversee complex infrastructure, multi‑layered capital construction projects, and regulatory compliance.
