Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a skilled trades lead to operate, maintain and supervise electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting, locksmith and HVAC trades across our medical centers.

Under general supervision, you will guide mechanics, ensure the reliability of critical building systems and support a culture of collaboration and patient-centered care within our facilities network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational certificates.
• Minimum of five (5) year trades experience: electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and supervise trades across the Medical Center facilities: electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting, locksmith and HVAC; act as a team leader when assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
