MaineHealth in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Manager of Philanthropy to lead donor engagement, cultivate relationships with community leaders, physicians, and employees, and develop fundraising strategies that advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFRE preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, community relations, or the equivalent. Prior experience supervising fundraising or development professionals preferred. Experience in healthcare or higher education philanthropy preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in CRM/fundraising databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Summary

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
