We are looking for a senior HR leader who can drive comprehensive people strategies, partner with senior executives, and lead through change with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR generalist experience across multiple sites/states.
• 3+ years leading people and change in dynamic settings.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Overview

• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state organization.
• 8 years of experience in Generalist experience in human resources.
• 3 years of experience in people and change leadership/management experience in a dynamic environment.
• 2 years of experience in Management experience.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $87,900 - $138,100 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
