Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, and benefits solutions, is seeking a senior HR leader in Rochester, NY to partner with senior leadership and drive proactive culture, productivity, and engagement.

Responsibilities include building future-focused people strategies, forging trusted partnerships with senior executives, leveraging data-driven insights, guiding through change, and delivering cross-functional HR initiatives with COEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state organization.
• 8 years of experience in Generalist experience in human resources.
• 3 years of experience in people and change leadership/management experience in a dynamic environment.
• 2 years of experience in Management experience.

Overview

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $87,900 - $138,100 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
