TG Therapeutics is a fully-integrated, commercial-stage, biopharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, development, and commercialization of novel treatments for B-cell diseases. Position
This role will be responsible for educating, training, and preparing key stakeholders (internally and externally) for role readiness and continuing education. This role will plan, design, and develop resources and educational materials, positioning the team to achieve long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively amongst all Patient Support roles/functions and the commercial organization to evaluate, refine and evolve training needs for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop training curriculum and content for new hires. Facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with legal, compliance and commercial training on development and execution of ongoing training initiatives for field‑based teams, internal teams and patient support vendor partners
- Conduct training needs assessment. Develop continuous learning initiatives that will provide additional knowledge and insights to cross‑functional partners and vendor partners
- Effectively create and execute a variety of teaching modalities, i.e. didactic, presentations, discussions, e‑learning modules/exams to account for various learning preferences
- Develop and implement a credentialing process for trainees
- Serve as an expert to internal stakeholders and Patient Support vendor partners
- Proactively identify emerging issues or performance gaps and training needs to address the issues or gaps
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, i.e. Marketing, Market Access, Legal on cross‑functional program enhancement or changes and lead the training roll‑out to the appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to reimbursement vendors to ensure program operational effectiveness and compliance
- Maintains detailed records of training curriculums, training content, and training sign‑off sheets
- Partners with Quality Team to monitor and assess trends, and recommend opportunities for additional learning and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in MS, with a proven history of increasing responsibilities and accomplishments
- Previous experience working closely with buy‑and‑bill products. Strong knowledge of biologics and specialty products
- In‑depth knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturer Patient Support Programs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ability to prioritize, manage and successfully complete a wide range of projects
- Proactively takes initiatives where project/program gaps are identified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required.
