Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced project coordinator to drive execution and accountability at our Bentonville location. You will manage Airtable trackers, monitor progress, and deliver leadership-ready communications through polished PowerPoint presentations.

You will partner with directors to support reviews, track decisions, and identify efficiency improvements while navigating multiple teams and priorities. This role offers solid benefits and growth opportunities within Walmart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field; 2 years’ experience in operations/project management OR 4 years in related area.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers in Airtable with milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and ownership.
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Create visibility into priorities, upcoming deadlines, and action items for leadership alignment.
• Build and refine PowerPoint presentations communicating performance, project updates, and priorities.
• Review materials for data accuracy, consistency, and clarity before leadership reviews.
• Gather information across teams and translate updates into concise visuals.
• Partner with Director-level leaders to support business reviews and planning.
• Track decisions and action items, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned on expectations and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
