This role serves as the execution engine behind the People Partner organization's highest-impact priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring initiatives move from concept to implementation. The Senior Manager simplifies complexity by leveraging AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve decision‑making, streamline execution, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across organizational design, talent, change management, and strategic workforce priorities, delivering scalable solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

About the team: The People Partner organization supports Merchandising and Health & Wellness leaders in building high-performing teams that adapt quickly and deliver results. As part of this group, the Senior Manager, Program Management collaborates with People Leaders, People Partners, and business leaders to translate complex priorities into scalable solutions. The team brings clarity to ambiguity, leads cross-functional initiatives, and transforms strategy into sustainable actions that enhance organizational effectiveness and accelerate business outcomes. This role emphasizes structured execution, continuous improvement, and strong communication to drive impactful program management across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
