JOB OBJECTIVE

Lead the strategic planning, organization, and execution of all IT and AI operations for MCI USA. Ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and innovative technology solutions that meet evolving business and client needs. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems, while driving the adoption of new technologies to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recommend and implement effective technical and AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and US leadership team to develop and manage the IT and AI operations budget, ensuring cost‑effective investments in technology.
  • Oversee procurement and deployment of technology infrastructure, software, and services to maximize efficiency and value.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the IT team in prioritizing and executing projects that align with MCI USA and client expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and AI‑related risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Partner with the Global IT Team to design and implement security policies, data protection strategies, and disaster recovery plans tailored to US operations.
  • Review and approve business requirements for new software and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between users, operations, US management, and Global IT staff to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
  • Represent the IT function in client review meetings as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the organization.
  • All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 4‑6 years of related IT or Operations/Telecommunication systems experience.
  • 2‑4 years of progressive supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Demonstrated success in managing IT operations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high‑performing, forward‑thinking team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead AI and operational projects, translating concepts and solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
  • Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects and motivating professional staff to achieve results.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and AI curiosity.
PROFESSIONAL AND LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to lead a team through coaching and hands‑on support.
  • Ability to mentor others and delegate effectively.
