Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operations Analytics Lead in Florence, SC to guide a team of business analysts. You will define KPIs, analyze trends, and collaborate across teams to improve operational performance. Strong BI skills and data storytelling are essential.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain analytics, hands-on SQL, and experience with WMS/TMS systems. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus, with opportunities to drive analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or BI.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS and related data.
• Experience owning KPIs and financial performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visuals.
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction/transform.
• Familiarity with Python, R, DAX, or M.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Strong knowledge of operational systems (WMS, TMS, etc.), tools, and data
• Experience owning and managing KPIs, financial performance
• Working understanding of supply chain or logistics processes
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear visuals
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Python, R, DAX, or M (strongly preferred)
• Lean / Six Sigma certification
