The Manager, Operations will play a key role in the management, training, and development of transit staff and implementation of short and long-term strategic processes. The Manager, Operations will oversee all aspects of the operations staff, primarily the drivers, maintenance, and dispatch staff to ensure that the daily operations and needs of the client are effective, efficient, and are completed based on contractual requirements. The Manager, Operations will strive to ensure the safest and highest quality transportation experience for our passengers while operating within the budget of the contract.
This position is dependent on the award of contract.

Salary Min: $72,000/ annually
Salary Max: $103,000/ annually
