MTM Transit is seeking a Manager, Operations to guide the staff across operations, maintenance and dispatch, ensuring day-to-day activities meet contractual requirements and safety standards. You’ll oversee scheduling, performance, and coaching to optimize service while focusing on a high-quality passenger experience.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in transit operations, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The Manager, Operations will play a key role in the management, training, and development of staff and implementation of short and long-term strategic processes. The Manager, Operations will oversee all aspects of the operations, maintenance and dispatch teams to ensure that the daily operations and the needs of the Client are effective, efficient, and are completed based on contractual requirements. The Manager, Operations will play a key role in the management, training and development of staff, as well as striving to ensure the safest and highest quality transportation experience for our passengers.
